a long time ago, some neighborhood kids saw me working on minis and started drowning me with questions about racing bikes. The one that stuck with me was, "Is Racing Hard?"
My response was, "Losing is easy!" Anyone can lose, when the green flag waves, just push the bike over to the wall. Winning on the other hand, takes a bit of everything. Preparation (physical, mechanical, and mental), effort, skill, and a fair bit of luck.
